Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CigarInsight (the "Service"), operated by Marketing Loop LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

CigarInsight is a subscription, business-to-business price-intelligence tool for cigar retailers and distributors. It aggregates publicly available pricing from third-party retailers and presents it for comparison. Prices are shown with their last-verified timestamps and may not reflect real-time availability or cost.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid features require an active subscription billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Fees are charged in advance per billing period and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. We may change pricing with advance notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: resell or redistribute the data to third parties; scrape, bulk-export, or republish the Service's data outside your own internal use; reverse engineer the Service; or use it to violate any law or third-party right. Access is licensed to your organization for internal competitive analysis only.

5. Data accuracy

Pricing data is provided "as is". We aggregate from third-party sources and do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Always verify with the retailer before acting on a price.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and compiled data presentation, is owned by Marketing Loop LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it during your subscription.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marketing Loop LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
