This Privacy Policy explains how Marketing Loop LLC ("we") handles information in connection with CigarInsight (the "Service").

Account data: email, name (optional), hashed password, role, and subscription status. Usage/security data: login events, IP addresses, and timestamps recorded for security and abuse prevention. Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store only your Stripe customer/subscription identifiers and status, never full card numbers.

2. How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, authenticate you, process subscriptions, send account-related and (if you opt in) price-alert emails, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that operate the Service on our behalf (e.g., payment processing via Stripe, email delivery via our email provider, hosting). We do not sell personal information.

4. Cookies

We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising trackers.

5. Data retention

We retain account and security data while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and accounting purposes. You may request deletion (see below).

6. Security

Passwords are hashed (bcrypt). Access is restricted, traffic is encrypted in transit, and we log security-relevant events. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
