CigarInsight is a subscription service operated by Marketing Loop LLC. This policy explains how billing and refunds work.

Subscriptions

Plans are billed in advance per billing period (monthly or annual). New subscriptions may include a free trial; you are not charged until the trial ends.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your billing portal (Settings → Billing). Your access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial periods, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days at support@cigarinsight.com and we'll review it in good faith.
